Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is $5.00. Orders received for less will not be processed.

 I do not have a business. Can I buy from Daddyo.Biz?
As long as your order reaches the minimum ($5.00) of merchandise you can buy from us.  

Are all your products shown on line?
We make every effort to display as many products from our current catalog, hot new arrivals and items we have for sale, should an item be temporarily out of stock, it will not be shown on the website. Therefore, please visit the site often as we update the site with available products, monthly specials and Hot New Items, daily!  

How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally your order will be shipped from our Distribution Center within 2-3 business days. Then, add the normal delivery schedule of UPS/FEDEX and you will have determined your delivery date.
Every effort is made to get your orders out quickly and efficiently. If a particular order is crucial to arrive before the scheduled delivery date, contact one of our customer service representatives for expedited shipping methods.  

How will you ship my order?
Our primary shipping method is UPS or FEDEX Standard Ground Service. If you desire additional shipping services, such as Next Day Air, truck shipments, etc, you will have to contact the customerservice@daddyo.biz with your request.  

How much will the shipping charges cost me?
We charge our customers “actual Shipping Costs”. We do NOT add handling charges. The cost of shipping your order is dependent upon the size and weight of the items and the distance the order is shipping. In most cases, the estimated shipping charges reflected on the website will be very, very close or exactly what your charges will be.  

How do I check my order(s) status?
If you haven’t done so already, you should “Register” on-line. Once you do, you can log in anytime and your order status/history will be available to you. In addition, once the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking number link that can be clicked on to track your order.  

Why should I register on line with Daddyo.Biz?
Registering allows you to log into the website at anytime and check the status of your order(s), past and pending. It also allows you to retain products on a “Wish List” for reference and easier reordering. Additionally registering ensures you are one of the first to receive our Free catalogs, Specials and Flyers as soon as they come out!  

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We will only replace broken/damaged merchandise provided we are notified within 5 days of receipt of the product. Therefore, we suggest that you always check your merchandise as soon as it is received. If a problem is detected with one of the products, E-mail our Customer Service Department immediately at customerservice@daddyo.biz .

IMPORTANT:
If external damages to a package are evident, please notify the delivery driver before accepting the package and retain all packing material until you contact the Customer Service Department. Do not return product until you contact a representative and receive a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  

I cannot sell the merchandise that I purchased from you. Can I send it back?
No, sorry. Merchandise is not sold on a consignment basis and cannot be returned.  

Do you send out free samples?
We do not send out free samples.
